How to: Review your Population

Summary

The Population tab in ProviderTrust allows users to review all monitored providers, accessible from the navigation bar or Dashboard’s Total Active Population card. Providers can be located using search by name, NPI, or external ID, or through advanced filters such as monitor status, provider type, business unit, or network. For individual providers, users can view active monitoring status, open alerts, network and business unit assignments, provider information, and additional subject details, ensuring comprehensive oversight and streamlined provider management.

Navigation

From the navigation bar on the left side, select the Population tab. From here, you can review all of your monitored providers. 

Searching
Use the search field to look for a provider by name, NPI, or external ID.

Advanced Filtering
If you want to use more specific criteria to search, select the "Add Filters" button. From here, you can build a search by any combination of Monitor Status, Provider Type, Business Unit, or Network.

Once you've built your search, select the Apply Filter button.

Viewing a Specific Provider
When you've found a specific provider you would like to view, you have three options for viewing their information:

1. Network Information will display a subject's assigned BU and Network, if applicable.
2. Provider Information will display the provider details you uploaded into ProviderTrust including their DOB, SSN, and address. 
3. Additional Information will give additional details on a subject such as External ID, Speciality, Type of Subject, Taxonomy, TIN, and Monitored Subject ID.
4. Active Monitoring will display the status of every Monitor Product broken out by each source.
5. All Open Alerts for This Subject will display at the bottom of the page.
