License Verification is one of ProviderTrust's monitoring services in which we take the credential data provided by the client and verify the information directly at the primary source.
| Example: A Tennessee Medical Doctor license number 12345 on the individual upload. |
ProviderTrust will perform the primary source verification, capture a time-stamped screenshot, and notify the client of any issues. Examples:
- License is Board Pending
- License is Suspended
- License is Revoked
- License is Not Found
- License is Expired
- License is Inactive
- License Fee Required
- License has More Info Needed
- License has Probation
- License is Restricted
- License is Surrendered
- Board actions present
- Licensee's name does not match the name provided in ProviderTrust
