Summary
One-Time Verification (OTV) allows for a single, comprehensive verification check on a provider, employee, or vendor.
Each verification returns statuses that indicate:
- Where the verification is in the process
- Whether an exclusion was found
- The status of licenses or credentials
Verification Progress Statuses
These statuses tell you where the verification is in its lifecycle.
| Status | Definition | Recommended Action |
| Pending | The verification has been received but has not started yet. | No action needed—processing will begin shortly. |
| In Progress | Verification tasks are actively running. | Wait for completion. You can check back later or wait for notification. |
| Complete | All verification tasks are finished and full results are available. | Review results and take action if needed |
