As of November 8, 2023, you will now see new features and functions designed to improve your experience and simplify your workflows. These features include:
- New "Needs Review" Quick Filters
- Alert Filter Option changed to "Alert Creation Date"
- Ability to Copy Notes within an Alert
- Addition of a "Clear Filters" Button
New Quick Filters - "Needs Review"
A new quick filter that will allow you to isolate only those alerts with the "Needs Review" status.
Alert Filter Option
The former alert filter option of "Time Frame" has been changed to "Alert Creation Date" in an effort to better explain the function of the filter. This filter allows you to see alerts that have been created in the last seven (7) days, not resolved in the last seven (7) days.
New Copy Notes Button
This change allows a user to quickly copy a note from another user and paste it into the Update Status section.
Next to the Note within the Update Status card, there is a ‘copy note’ button that automatically copies that information to the users clipboard so that they can then update the status and paste that same note.
When the user hovers over the icon, a tooltip appears above it that says “Copy to Clipboard”.
When the user clicks the icon, the language changes to "Copied!"--this lets the user know that it has been copied to the clipboard.
New "Clear Filters" Button
We have added a button, “Clear Filters”, that will reset the filters on all Filter Modals: Alerts, Population, and Search History.
In the top right, we are changing that button to only an X and the X just closes the modal without making any changes.
When you open the modal, the Generate Report & Clear Filters buttons are disabled. When you add filters, even a single filter, both options become enabled.
The Clear Filters button only resets the filters within the modal, it doesn’t automatically apply to the table. The workflow would be “Clear Filters” > Resets the Modal to empty > Apply Filters to clear the table.
