Alerts Tab Improvements
-
The addition of quick filters has been added at the top of the page. These allow you to quickly filter your results based on Result status: New Alerts (within the last 7 days), Under Review, and Resolved.
-
Batch Status Updating allows our users to select multiple alerts at one time and update the status on them. The Batch Resolve feature will allow the selection of multiple alerts at one time and include a bulk status update feature.
-
Saved Filter History is a new and exciting feature. Now when a user applies filters on the Alerts page and then clicks on a single alert they can:
-
Navigate back to the Alerts page and their filters will still be applied.
-
Cycle through the alerts associated with that filter set and update statuses within that grouping.
-
-
Updates to the Alert Detail page:
-
The secondary navigation allows you to scroll through and update the statuses of the alerts without having to back out of the detail page. This is beneficial if you have set filters on a list of alerts and want to work through those.
-
The Primary Source & Profile Data are side by side now so you can see what the primary source data was compared to the data you have on that entity.
-
You can update the status in two places, at the top of the page and toward the bottom of the page.
-
We show if the subject has multiple alerts so that you can quickly navigate to the additional alerts available.
-
Clicking “View Profile” takes you to that subject’s Population Detail page.
-
Population Tab Improvements
The new population has minor changes which include:
-
When you apply filters and then click on a subject, you can hit back and the filters are still applied on that page.
-
Population Filtering Call Out:
-
You must select all of the corresponding fields for an Alert Type to be able to apply filters.
-
-
Within the population detail page, we have changed how we display information.
-
The NPI number and Monitoring Start Dates are at the top of the page
-
The Network Info, Provider Info, and Additional Information are now collapsible.
-
The Active Monitoring section shows all active services for the selected record, including the status. Federal, State, and Other Lists are modals that pop up so you can see more details.
-
If a subject is not being monitored against a list, it will be greyed out and will include a tooltip.
-
-
You can also view any alerts that the subject has at the bottom of the page.
-
Reports Improvements
Two important changes:
-
The reports are now viewed in a carousel after 3 reports have been made, this is applicable to the Custom Reports as well.
-
When you generate a report, on any page including the NPDB or License reports, a toast appears informing you that the report will begin downloading but you are now able to navigate away to other pages while the report downloads.
Instant Search Improvements
- Tabbed approach to differentiate search criteria
- A brief definition defining the result to be delivered
- Downloadable table data and history
