Summary:
ProviderTrust enables users to create configurable reports by applying saved filters within the Population or Alerts tabs. Population filters include monitor status, provider type, and business unit/network, while Alerts filters include alert type, provider type, business unit/network, review status, and timeframe. After applying filters, users can review results, generate reports, and save configurations with a name and description. Saved reports are accessible under Reports → Custom Reports, where they can be downloaded as .csv files for analysis.

ProviderTrust allows you to create configurable reports based on saved filters within the Population and Alert tabs.
Begin by selecting filters to create your configurable report. From the Population section, you can apply the following filters:
- Monitor Status
- Provider Type
- Business Unit / Network
From the Alerts tab, you can apply the following filters:
- Alert Type
- Provider Type
- Business Unit / Network
- Review Status
- Timeframe
Once you have designated your chosen filters, press Apply Filters to review your results or Generate Report to download. Choose a Report Name (25-character limit) for your configurable report, provide a description (110-character limit), and press Save Report.
To access your saved reports, toggle to Reports --> Custom Reports --> Download to download a .csv of your saved filters.
