When reviewing monitor alerts, you can search for a particular individual or organization or filter your results based on the following criteria:
- Alert Type (Monitor Products)
- Provider Type (Individual or Organization)
- Business Unit (Provided by the client)
- Review Status (Needs Review, Under Review, Resolved)
- Time Frame (Multiple)
Begin by pressing "Add Filters" to select a combination of filters.
Once the first filter is selected, you can select additional ones by selecting the options in each drop-down. Press "Apply Filter" to review the alerts that meet your filtered criteria.
You can also click "Generate Report" to create a custom report based on the information you selected.
To delete your filters, click "Add Filters" and select Reset on each filter until you have removed them all. Navigating to another tab in the system, such as the Population or Reports tab will also remove all filters.
