Summary:
To establish SFTP access with ProviderTrust, organizations must request credentials through Client Care or their Implementation Project Manager, typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Connections are made via sftp.providertrust.com on port 22, with files placed in designated “service/monitor” directories for individuals or organizations. Processed files are automatically removed for security, while errors appear in “service/failed.” ProviderTrust supports password or public key authentication, ensures encryption in transit and at rest, and accepts CSV or PSV file formats at any time.
