How to: Set up your User Account

Welcome to ProviderTrust!
When your user account is created by your system administrator, you will receive an email inviting you to create your password and finish setting up your account.

Click the "Claim your account" link in the email to continue.

Once you click the link, you will be directed to set your password. Your password must meet the following requirements:

• At least 10 characters long
• Contains at least one uppercase letter
• Contains at least one lowercase letter
• Contains at least one number

Password Character Limit
Passwords can include up to 72 characters. If you enter more than 72 characters, the system will not display an error, but only the first 72 characters will be saved — any characters beyond that will be ignored.

For example, if you enter a 100-character password, only the first 72 characters will be stored. To ensure your password works as expected, we recommend keeping it within the 72-character limit.

Once you set your password, you will return to the login screen to log in for the first time. Your username is the email in which you received your account setup instructions.
