How To: Review DynamicNPI License Board Action in Instant Search

ProviderTrust displays license board actions identified during an NPI Search when available from the primary source. These alerts appear within the License Details and are also included in the Individual Audit Report. 

Overview

When ProviderTrust identifies a license board action associated with a license, this information is displayed directly within the Instant Search results.

Board action data is sourced from the primary licensing authority, ensuring the information you see reflects official regulatory records.

License board action information will display in the license details, as well as the Individual Audit Report.

1. License Details

By selecting the dropdown arrow on a license, within the License details display, the presence of a license board action is indicated in the Verified License Action.
Next to Verified License Action, you will see the message:

“There is a board action present.”

To review the full details of a license board action, select the dropdown arrow next to the Board Action.
