Summary
The ProviderTrust Dashboard provides high-level organizational insights through multiple cards, including Alerts Overview, Data Metrics, Population Health, and Alerts by Product. Alerts are categorized as Needs Review, Under Review, or Total Open Alerts, with direct navigation to filtered views. The dashboard also displays the organization’s ProviderTrust Score, reflecting compliance risk. Data metrics highlight population size, alert trends, and resolution timeliness, while population health and product-based views enable focused monitoring of business units and alert types.

When you log in to ProviderTrust, you will land on the Dashboard. There are multiple cards on your dashboard to provide you with high-level statistics on your organization.
Alerts Overview
On the top left of the dashboard is an overview of all alerts, broken down by the alert status - Needs Review, Under Review, and Total Open Alerts.
Needs Review = Alerts that need to be addressed by users within your organization
Under Review = Alerts currently being addressed by users within your organization
Total Open Alerts = All alerts that have not yet been resolved
You can select any of the table numbers to be taken to the Alerts tab with a pre-filtered table for those specific alerts. Once you resolve an alert, it will no longer display on your dashboard count.
The alert count reflects the total number of monitoring alerts, not the number of individuals or entities with an alert. For example, an individual may have 5 exclusions. All five will be included in the alert count on the dashboard.
Finally, your organization's overall compliance score is displayed in this section. Your ProviderTrust Score is unique to your organization and is a representation of existing risk. This score is calculated by taking into account current alerts, missing provider data that is preventing monitoring or verification, and provider eligibility.
Data Metrics
Next to the Alert Overview section, on the top right, are multiple cards with various data metrics.
Total Population = This represents the total number of entities present in the system - it includes all individuals, vendors, or organizations.
All Alerts L30 Days = This shows the total number of alerts generated in the last 30 days.
Unresolved Alerts >7 Days = Alerts that have not been resolved in more than 7 days.
Resolved Alerts L30 Days = Alerts that have been resolved in the last 30 days.
Resolved Alerts = All resolved alerts in your population.
Coming Soon > Our long-term goal is to make this configurable and to continue adding metrics.
Population Health Overview
On the bottom left of the screen, we highlight your organization's health score by Business Unit. This allows you to easily focus on business units that have the highest risk.
If you select an individual business unit's BU Score, you will be taken to the Alerts tab with a pre-filtered table showing all alerts for that business unit. Likewise, if you select the number of Monitored Entities under any business unit, you will be taken to the Population page, where a pre-filtered table will show the entire population for that business unit.
Finally, you can also click the View Population button to easily navigate to the Population tab.
Alerts Overview by Product
The last card on the bottom right of your dashboard is the Alerts Overview by Product. This allows you to easily see what types of monitoring alerts are being addressed and which need review. When you select the number of alerts next to each monitor product, you will be taken to the Alerts tab with a pre-filtered table showing all needs review or under review alerts for that monitor product.
